Our Mission & Vision
The Workforce Advancement Project (WorkforceAP) exists to break systemic barriers by providing free or low-cost digital literacy, artificial intelligence training, and professional certifications to underserved populations, Veterans, and adult learners.
We are working to create a world where every individual—regardless of background, income, or immigration status—has access to the skills, opportunity, and support necessary to thrive in the workforce of today and lead in the workforce of tomorrow.
Our Leadership & Legacy
The Workforce Advancement Project is built on a foundation of over 25 years of accomplished experience in developing and managing successful workforce initiatives.
Our leadership previously spearheaded the creation of Consulting Solutions.Net, which delivered training to thousands of students and stood as one of the highest-regarded TWC Career Schools for two decades. Following its acquisition, our leadership revitalized operations for the Goodwill Career & Technical Academy, achieving a revenue turnaround of nearly $700,000 in a single year.
Most recently, we established a thriving workforce unit for the Austin Area Urban League, generating close to $500,000 in revenue within its inaugural year.
WorkforceAP leverages this deep expertise in State Workforce Commission policy, WIOA funding, and employer partnerships to deliver a scalable, national model for economic empowerment.
