WorkforceAP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit built in Austin on 25+ years of workforce development experience and a recurring Vision given to Michael Brown by God for serving His people. WorkforceAP combines employer-aligned training, AI workforce readiness and soft-skill support, occupational training, and career guidance in a model built to work and scale — through Workforce Funded Training for qualified members.

Our leadership brings experience from the Texas Workforce Commission, Workforce Solutions, the City of Austin, ReWork America Alliance, Consulting Solutions.Net, Goodwill Central Texas, Austin Area Urban League, Apprentice Now, Austin Urban Technology Movement, Universal Tech Movement, and African American Youth Harvest Foundation. Through grants and partner-backed pathways, we support members with resume help, interview prep, job-search guidance, and career support from first step to placement.
