Referral partners receive a stipend per verified placement, paid only after the placement is verified and the relevant grant or partner funding has cleared. Community partners do not receive payouts. No cost to members; partners refer only, never sell.

Can we co-brand the referral experience?
Yes. Strategic partners get a co-branded landing page and referral link. Your logo, your colors, your voice — pointing at our intake.
Do you share member contact info?
Only with explicit member consent, and only the fields you need for follow-up. Members can revoke at any time, and you will see consent state on every record.
What notifications do we get?
Email + in-portal alerts on every milestone: application started, enrolled, certification earned, placed. You choose digest cadence in your partner settings.
Can we bulk-import referrals?
Yes — CSV upload with column mapping. We validate rows, deduplicate against existing members, and surface errors row-by-row before commit.
Is there a fee to be a partner?
No. The portal, referral links, dashboards, and reports are free. We never charge partners or members to refer.
How do reports work?
Pull placement, completion, and demographic reports straight from your partner dashboard. Schedule monthly exports to your inbox or your funder's data warehouse.
