Do you share member contact info?+
Partner exports may include email addresses for members referred by your organization. Ask our team about consent and permitted follow-up.
What notifications do we get?+
Partner settings let you choose email notifications for enrollment, course completion, certification, and placement. Referral activity is also available in the portal.
Can we bulk-import referrals?+
The portal supports individual invitations and referral links. Contact our team if you need to discuss a larger batch.
Is there a fee to be a partner?+
No. We do not charge partners to refer. Member services are funded by grants and partnerships, so there is no cost to the members who qualify through scholarship/grant funded membership.
How do reports work?+
Download referral, outcome, and demographic CSVs from your partner dashboard when you need them.
