This program is built for members who are new to computers, smartphones, or the internet — no prior tech experience needed. In six weeks you will build the everyday digital skills that employers expect: setting up and using email, navigating the web safely, managing online accounts, and understanding basic financial tools. Members who complete this program are ready for office support, customer service, and administrative roles.
